1. License

Migraine Track is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless you and the developer have agreed to a separate written agreement. By using the app you agree to those terms.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

• Migraine Track offers auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase provides ongoing access to the premium features available at purchase; future features may be offered separately where permitted by law.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• The free tier permanently includes core recording features. Recording your migraine diary never requires payment.

3. Medical disclaimer

Migraine Track is a patient-generated record of symptoms and medications. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and the insights it computes are descriptive observations from your own records — not causal conclusions or predictions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your condition and any medication.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own backups; while the app is designed for reliability, the developer is not liable for data loss on your device.
