Migraine Track ("the app", "we") is built on a simple promise: your headache diary belongs to you and stays on your device.

1. Data we do not collect

• We do not collect, transmit, or store your migraine records, symptom entries, medication logs, notes, or exports.
• We do not collect your HealthKit data. Sleep and menstrual cycle data, if you choose to grant access, are read on-device solely to compute patterns shown to you in the app, and never leave your device.
• We do not use accounts, sign-ups, analytics, tracking, or advertising identifiers.
• We do not send your data to any third-party server.

2. Data stored on your device

All diary entries and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. You can export everything as JSON at any time from Settings, and delete all data by uninstalling the app.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase information is described in Apple's own privacy policy. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.
